The only way to lookup the DHCP range on your home router is to log into it and search around for configuration info. The printer must be on the correct subnet otherwise you wouldn't ever be able to print to it instead of randomly here and there. While you are in looking around the new router see if there are any security features that you can do to help keep your connection to the printer alive. There might be a new feature on the new Netgear that is in conflict with the behavior of your printer.
