Hi Everyone, I'm curently having an issue where users that connect to a shared printer are getting an error in an application called eBackOffice, the error occurs when the application generates a preview of a report, it uses crystal for this. I believe the error isn't going to help much but here it is: 'Internal error in module e: EBO7.3.5 Develop AMLIB devcaps.c at line 643' The error only occurs when the PC connects to a shared printer, the same printer will work fine form the PC hosting the printer. The problem will also not occur if the printer driver is installed locally on the Xenapp servers so I believe the issue is with the Citrix Universal Printer Driver. We are half way through a migration from PS4.0 to Xenapp 5.0, the issue does not occur in PS4.0 using the universal driver. The model of printer doesn't seem to matter, we use HP and have had the issue with every one that I've tested when shared. Look forward to any help you can provide me.
