Hi, I had to reset my laptop to factory settings yesterday (much to my displeasure) and it removed all apps/programs I had installed, including the printer. I have HP Deskjet 1050 J410 Series. Canon Eos Adjustment Software. 4200 Hp Driver Windows 7. I put the disk in, and instead of it 'autorunning' the setup process I had to go into the computer, click the disk, and click the setup application myself. After a couple of seconds it came up that the operating system (windows 10) is not supported, and it only supports windows XP, Vista and 7. This is total BullS since it was working find on windows 10 yesterday! (Originally my laptop was windows 7, upgraded to windows 10).
