I get the 'now printing' message with all other docs sent to the printer. Using Adobe version 10.?1 (can't remember that middle # - 8?). I've already ran a 'check for updates' and ran the update that it downloaded. Still doesn't work. I've checked the Event Log - nothing there. I've tried sending the PDF's to other printers with no luck either. These jobs never make it to the print queue.

Are you using HP printers? I had an issue awhile back just like what you describe and turned out adobe and hp drivers didn't get play well. I uninstalled adobe and installed foxit reader and haven't had a problem since. Thank you for the quick reply.

I'll be able to get the laptop first thing Wed AM and I will give all of the above a try. I can tell you a couple things. 1) I have not re-booted. Stupid, I know!
